Website privacy

Hakuya does not run display advertising. The public website does not load advertising scripts or publish advertising seller records.

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to carry out any work we agree on. We do not sell your data.

If you opt in to SMS updates, we store your name and mobile number and use them only to send the customer care messages you signed up for. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Reply STOP to any message to withdraw consent at any time.

You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Write to the address above.
